Homewood at Plum Creek opened in 1990 at its current site after 33 years in downtown Hanover, Pennsylvania. Located on 100 acres along both sides of the Plum Creek in Hanover, Homewood at Plum Creek is Homewood’s largest community with more than 600 residents.
